This means we don't stop at basic care (housing, food, treats, toys, enrichment items) but also provide professional training, major medical care, and extensive transportation as needed.
And the truth is, we can't make that happen alone. We rely on contributions from passionate supporters like you to ensure we can make our life-saving work continue.

Our Mission
Jolly Tails Animal Rescue & Sanctuary is a registered 501c3 charity that is dedicated to providing temporary or permanent safe haven for animals in need. We are committed to providing educated, experienced, and compassionate care and prioritize the long-term physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of the animals in our community. To do this, we partner with an exceptional team of fosters, vets, and behavior coaches to rehabilitate, rehome, and provide continuing support for every individual that comes through our doors.

Rescue
Providing Life-Saving Emergency Response
Rescue never sleeps. Our rescue operation includes responding to emergency calls, conducting trap and secure at all hours, and providing all forms of immediate care to animals in distress.
Rehabiltate
Healing Bodies, Minds, & Spirits
We prioritize the immediate and long-term physical, mental, and emotional health of every animal we encounter. We take the time to ensure they are given the support they need to heal from past traumas, prepare for a brighter future, and truly thrive. This includes medical treatments, behavior modification programs, remedial socialization, and more!

Providing Safe Forevers & Aiding Home-to-Home Efforts
Finding the ideal match between guardian and animal is imperative to the long-term success for both! We take the time to thoroughly screen and match potential adopters to ensure we are placing our animal friends in the best hands possible. In addition, we frequently assist with community rehoming which plays a key role in keeping animals out of shelters.

Being A Lasting Presence that Educates & Encourages
We believe in offering continued support for our adopters, which means remaining available to provide information and assistance regarding welfare and behavior.
We also believe that education is the path to a better future. We prioritize teaching our community about animal welfare, responsible pet guardianship, and the importance of spaying and neutering. The more we know, the better we can do for the animals in our care and community!
